Brecka described a 79-year-old woman diagnosed with early-onset dementia, peripheral neuropathy, and congestive heart failure. His clinical team asked where the three conditions met and proposed circulation: reduced peripheral circulation could relate to neuropathy symptoms, reduced brain circulation to memory symptoms, and reduced heart circulation to heart failure. A licensed physician participated, and the team used a circulation-focused plan before reassessing her status.
