The framework draws each symptom as a spoke and asks where the spokes meet. Rather than assuming weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, neuropathy, memory problems, or heart symptoms are independent, the analyst maps the systems behind them and searches for a candidate hub that explains several at once. Candidate hubs are ranked by how many spokes they cover and how well evidence supports them. The leading hypothesis is then tested by an appropriately qualified team before any intervention. Three diagnoses, one circulation hypothesis

Brecka described a 79-year-old woman diagnosed with early-onset dementia, peripheral neuropathy, and congestive heart failure. His clinical team asked where the three conditions met and proposed circulation: reduced peripheral circulation could relate to neuropathy symptoms, reduced brain circulation to memory symptoms, and reduced heart circulation to heart failure. A licensed physician participated, and the team used a circulation-focused plan before reassessing her status.

Brecka reported that 65 days later she no longer qualified for the three diagnoses.
