Solomon runs a monthly ritual she calls the I Declare Method. At the start of each month she goes for a walk and declares aloud what she wants as though it is already happening — for example, 'I declare that I'm going to make $50,000 this month.' She frames it not as woo-woo but as brain work, citing a neuroscience book on how the brain creates manifestation. The key mechanics are auditing the declaration so it feels scary but expansive relative to where you are, noticing limiting beliefs without judgment, and deliberately quieting the 'how' so you don't try to force or control the outcome. She credits deciding — rather than knowing the how — for her jumps from $250K to $1M to $2M, and says releasing control lets goals arrive 'downstream'.

Origin

Raised in a Christian home where crystals and such were off-limits, Solomon grew more open over time and, reading a neuroscience book on manifestation, developed a monthly walk-and-declare practice she found produced results whenever she set the intention and let go of the how.

Core principles

  • 01What you focus on is what you get; focus on the good and you get more good.
  • 02Set the intention and let go of the outcome and the how.
  • 03Declare the goal as already happening, then audit it for realistic expansiveness.
  • 04Notice limiting beliefs without judging them, and quiet the how-noise.
  • 05Each level of growth requires a new level of mindset.

How to run it

  1. 1

    Walk and declare

At the start of each month, go for a walk and say aloud 'I declare that X is happening,' stating the goal as already true.

Pro tip Money is a tangible example, but it can be about anything — a trip, a milestone, anything.

  2. 2

    Audit for scary-but-expansive

Check how realistic the declaration is from where you are now, adjusting so it feels a little scary yet expansive.

Pro tip Going from 30K to 50K is different from zero to 50K — calibrate the stretch.

  3. 3

    Quiet the how

Notice the limiting beliefs and how-questions that arise, without judging them, and consciously quiet that noise.

Pro tip Tell yourself 'I don't need to know the how today.'

  4. 4

    Decide and release

Commit to the decision that it will happen, then let go of controlling the outcome so it can come to you downstream.

Watch out Forcing, controlling, or suffocating the outcome stops it from arriving.

In the wild

The Hawaii trip that arrived downstream

Last fall Solomon declared on a walk that she wanted to take her kids to Hawaii without figuring out how. Months later friends invited the family to join them over the 4th of July, and the trip came together without her planning it.

A concrete goal materialized after she declared it and released control of the how.

Deciding her way to millions

Asked how she went from $250K to $1M to $2M, Solomon answers that she decided it was going to happen, focusing on the decision rather than the how.

Attributes her revenue jumps to declared intention plus released control.

Common mistakes

Obsessing over the how

Getting stuck on how you'll achieve the goal generates limiting-belief noise that blocks action; the practice is to quiet the how and decide.

Forcing and controlling the outcome

Trying to force, control, or suffocate a goal prevents it from arriving; releasing control lets it come downstream.

Is it for you?

Best for

Founders and creators wanting a monthly intention-setting practice to break growth ceilings.

Not ideal for

People seeking a purely tactical playbook with no mindset or intention component.
